I have really small legs so I can't find any dress boots that actually fit. Does anyone know of any places to go to get them taken up to fit me?

A shoe repair shop should be able to do this..
Under shoe repair in yellow pages....don't call, take them and show them what you want done...

It's called a cobbler, not a goobler.
And I'm not sure if there is something that could do that for you.

a soul minder for shoes is called a goobler. so see if you have one in your phone book.
