I found a hair in a new toothbrush I bought.?
I bought a new toothbrush and I haven't even opened the package when I noticed a strand of hair. What is the best thing to go about this?

I'm tired of this crap. Once at tacobell I found a pice of plastic in my quesadilla, then once I bought milk that was bad but the experation date was good. I found hair in my food. Never complained just threw it away.

I'm tired of that nasty stuff. Well what is the best way to go about this.

Take it back to the store, I am sure they will give you a new one.

If this happens to you a lot, then check things out more carefully before you pay so you can avoid the hassle of having to go back.

Take the unopened package back and trade it for one that doesn't have a hair.

But unless you're getting all your stuff from one supplier--i.e. the toothbrush, quesadilla & milk all came from the same manufacturer, then you probably don't have much of a claim. All of us go through this kind of thing, and we don't whine like this.

No, there's no legal action you can take.

You have no damages, beyond the value of the toothbrush. Are you going to pay a $30 or $40 filing fee to sue them for $1.99?

Take it back to the store and they'll give you a new one. Mail it back to the maker and they'll send you a new one and probably a couple of coupons.

Calm down and exchange it for a new one. Do you think you should get a bunch of money just because you found a hair? Do you think someone did it intentionally and should be punished? What should we do to the person responsible? . . . .On the other hand, maybe its a sign of good luck.

Take the toothbrush back to the store and get a different one. Life isn't perfect, and everything isn't a lawsuit.

Get over it. You'll never win anything. If you feel really motivated, contact the company and complain.
