How many one dollar bills can I put in a Chase ATM deposit envelope? I don't want to overstuff it either. Should I just bring it to the bank (I think I answered my own question)?

I got alot of single dollar bills for Secret Santa. Instead of counting all the singles at the cash register, I just decided to use my own money to convert it to larger bills. Now I have close to 200 single dollar bills.

NEVER ever deposit cash into an ATM.

Not wise, not at all.

Eventually your money will be stolen and then it is your word vs. bank and you always lose.

Cash should always be deposited in person.

I learned the hard way.

I think you did too! I don't think I'd go over 20, and probably less if possible. You could always go to the teller and inquire for next time you have to do it.

Report it to the bank immediately and hopefully no one else claimed that money. How did you expect the bank to know whose money that was? You need to learn how to use your account properly
