16 and contemplating on getting breast implants?

I am 16 years old and every time I look in the mirror at my chest I am not at all impressed. My breast do not look that big at all, they are getting fat a little bit but they do not hang out like I want them too. My circles aren't even that big but they are very dark like they are supposed to be. I know somebody in my family whose a plastic surgeon and he said that he would give me implants if I wanted them. I told my boyfriend that I wanted to get some and he said no because I didn't need them. I don't know what to do, I am happy with myself a lot but it seems like at 16 they should be a little bit bigger than they are now, so what should I do? Get the estrogen pills, the implants or just wait?

I think that you should wait. You are still growing. The doctors want me to get a breast reduction but they want me to wait because they said that I'm still growing. I actually want to get them bigger. Honestly you need to do ALOT of reseacrh before you get the implants, but for right now the best thing to do is to wait because you dont know how your body is going to react to the surgery because you're so young. Everyone's body is different and you shouldnt compare your body with anyone elses. For your health you should wait!
Whether you decide to do the implants or the pills do your research on both because you dont want to look back on this and have regrets.

BTW: you know that you can die from having implants. So many things can go wrong before and after the surgery.

Getting breast implants at such a young age is a very bad idea. You have no idea how your body will fill out by 16, many girls dont fully develop their breast until late in high school. Waiting until you are AT LEAST 18 would be the best bet.

Your breasts are as big or small as they are supposed to be until you surgically alter and maim them. You are unhappy because you are comparing them to "everyone else's ", but your boyfriend is happy with you the way you are. Really ,has anyone complained except you? I believe it is much more important for you to love the fact that you have normal breasts, undiseased and functional and quality relationships are based on character not on implants.

I agree with your boyfriend, you are fine the way you are. Yes, today's culture is obsessed with big breasts, big backsides, and skinny waists. I say, who cares what other people think. Don't worry about it.

And breasts for girls don't stop developing until the 20s. So between that time it's possible to grow a full cup size.

Don't worry. You're only 16 and not fully mature. We all develop at different rates. Wait until you're at least 21 before considering surgery.

Sweetheart calm down... get a grip.. you are 16 years old.. give yourself time to grow and mature. My sister was flat until about 19.. now she has nice C's... perky and all. do not get into altering and changing things about yourself.

Don't do it. If you have any breasts at all, you're fine. You're only 16 years old.. wait until you're 23 and your body has stopped growing, then make the descision to get them or not.

Wait until you are full grown, as in an adult. If you are in your 20's and still not happy, then get them. 16 is too young.

they do grow. I would wait. Plastic surgery doesn't change the color or shape really. Just the size. If your bf says you don't need them you must be fine. Girls underestimate themselves all the time.

I think that you should just wait. My boobs got bigger after I had my daughter at 24. Breast augementation is expensive and painfull. Its just not worth it, I would wait.
