What are these things you speak of? Fruits and vegtables? Never heard of em. Is that the stuff they put in McDonalds French Fries? If so I eat plenty.

I also feed my kids at least 5 serving of fries a day.

No not really. I like fruit but I don't think I even eat enough fruit.

Well if you had someone telling you what to eat, you could get all your servings too. You have the choice though, and go for the tasty stuff instead.
I don't eat too much fruit, but I love vegetables and eat quite a bit of them.

I try, really I do. I have an apple everyday and usually some veggies at lunch time....the problem is I like my veggies with dip and apples taste good with peanut butter. Suddenly I've consumed 500 calories and defeated the purpose!

i don't eat very much food as it is, i just don't have a very big appetite. i guess you do that because being a mom, you want you kids to be healthy and they are more important to you than yourself. your finished growing and you probably don't feel the need to get all those nutrients, i'm the same way, although i do eat pretty healthy, i don't eat as much a i should, but i'm always sure that my kids eat. and thats not good, i know, but thats just how i am,

you were not told how important it was for you as a child and you were not given enough fresh fruits and vegies to learn how to love them. Now your tastes do not crave them. The reason you give them to your kids is that you now know how important they are for their health. When you are raised on fruits and vegies you have a lifelong love of and for them.
