my old boss's Jerks, snobs, didn't know how to deal with the different types of people such as cultures, personalities they were all so mean and grumpy that is NOT a good way of motivating people either in the company! boss's that run companies, manage others and supervise other were nicer, more motivating, helpful we would be so much MORE PRODUCTIVE in our JOBS and be happier, but I hate boss's their always so negative and cranky now days no wonder people leave the company no happiness!!!
