McCarthy, Crennell, and Gruden in that order.
Big turnarounds.
Gruden should get some consideration in light of the injuries they've weathered on offense, and for the emerging defense with younger players.

As a Pittsburgh fan who hates the Browns, I still think Crennel should win (assuming they make the playoffs).
And if the Browns win the division, then Crennel is the clear winner. He was supposed to be fired this year, and he took the risk of trading their QB after 1 game!! Turns out that it paid off. And right now, the Browns are playing like the Steelers did 2 years ago when Pittsburgh played amazing in the second half of the year and won the Super Bowl as the 6 seed!
I see the Browns going in and beating the Chargers in week 1 and giving Indy a run for their money in the divisional. Who know, maybe the Steelers can get revenge on the Pats and we'd have a Steelers-Browns AFC championship game! haha....I know, that ain't gonna happen!

Romeo Crennel has taken the Cleveland Browns from a team that was predicted to go 6-10 to a playoff contending team. I mean this guy has done more for that team than any other coach has done for their team. I'm a die-hard Patriots fan and could make the case for Bill Belichick, but I think what Romeo did this year with the players he has, is more impressive than what Belichick did with the all-star team he's got.

Gotto go to Romeo, he started with a horrible team and has kept them winning games and just let the talent he had do what it can.
I'm a Vikes fan also, can't handle voting for and Packer. (Do think Favre might be best QB ever though.)

Should be Bill Belichick...but it might not be because of spygate...Other than Belichick, I would think Mike McCarthy of the Packers...maybe Tony Dungy, and as much as I think he is overrated, people are gonna consider Wade Phillips...

McCarthy or possibly Crennell (who was expected to be fired by the end of the year)
Tool of the year goes to ball-lapper Austin N!
