my wife siad she would like to visit the eastenders set in london .would it be posabile? and if so how would you go about it

No, not anymore. Years ago they did tours, but haven't for ages.

It's not possible. It's filmed on a closed set at the BBC studios in Borehamwood, Elstree. However, if you walk around the area then you can see a couple of bits of the set. Eg, if you stand at the top of the road that leads to the studios you can see the fake bridge over the railway line at Walford East. And if you peer through the railings of a nearby street (I forget which, now, but I used to do it when I lived there) you can see the Queen Vic.

They have never done tours. If you go to Elstree you may be lucky to see some of the cast walking around the town.
