why when somebody eats this sound makes me mad and plays with my nerves? if it is sb from my family i can?

It's not silly, and it's also not uncommon - many people are annoyed by the retarded smacking sounds some people make with their mouths. But try this as an experiment: realize that you are truly in a bubble all your own, and that you only choose to let the sound bother you. You could instead laugh out loud, imagining your family members as silly, anus-munching apes.
