I have a gf that wanted to buy me a new cell phone that cost alot of money. Well she spoke to a seller that works at a cell phone store and gave him her credit card number. All went well.....but a day later he calls me and tells me that it was declined. My gf calls me back and tells me that her mom FROZE her checking acct. The guy called somewhere to get the phone shipped to his shop. Well there is no way i cant pay for the phone. Is it mandatory that i pay for the phone now that it is shipped to his store waiting for me?

I will say, No. You should not have to buy just because it is at his store.

I agree with the previous post, I say no. Just because it's in the store doesn't mean you have to buy it. Also, just because he had it shipped to the store doesn't mean you have to buy it. If it did he would have demanded another type of payment before it was ever shipped to him. Tell him to go pound sand if they call and ask you a bout it.
