Yes, very normal. Eat filling foods like meat and healthy fats (olive oil, butter, natural coconut oil), they will help keep you full and nourish your baby.

I don't know if it's normal but I was the same way! I weighed 112lbs when I got pregnant and when I had my baby I weighed in at a whopping 173lbs! That's alot of weight to gain in such a short time. (I think so) My baby boy was 8lbs 15oz! I did lose 30lbs after I had him... it's only been two weeks. But if I were you I'd try and watch what you eat. (something I wished I'd done) It's not only unhealthy for you but it's unhealthy for the baby too if you gain too much. Good luck and congrats!

Sometimes but make healthy choices so you don't gain 50 pounds and your only 4 months along. I was too nauseous to eat a lot in the beginning but now that I'm 22 weeks, I have days I'm always hungry. I try to drink a lot of water first so I can see how hungry I truly am.

It additionally retains you from having to bear in mind a pill each and daily.
