i have tryed to delete things that i dont need but when the computer restarts it all comes back up, i want to clean out my computer so it can run faster again.

Do disk cleanup or defragmentation.It will remove all unnecessary data.

Deleting things from your computer will not solve the problem. Windows Vista demands a lot of memory to run well. You'll probably need to get some more memory RAM for it. If you upgrade it to 2GB or more you'll see the difference.

Max out your available slots with more RAM and delete all the "extra" programs that Vista adds. I had the same experience initially and followed these simple steps and now have absolutely no issues with Vista.

I hate vist...i'm one right now and i just get annoyed every time i use it. Kicks me off every time i'm in the middle of processing something important. did you know that the military tried it and it and they found it to have too many issues and and changed back to what they use to use....thats says alot about vista. I mean the military can't even rely on it! i'm getting rid of this ish too! too damn complicated!

vista is realy slow.. but you can add more Memory RAM..
and your operating system (vista) drive have extra empty space like 40 GB.. check startup items
