All summer the talk was about 50 Cent vs Kanye...but have you noticed that in a couple of Kanye's songs, he's quoting 50 Cent-- (e.g. in a Good Life Kanye's heard saying "50 told me go ahead and switch your style up") and on Talib Kweli's "In the Mood" Kanye says, "...just like 50, throw her in the pool, G)

They might be rivals...but given those lyrics, do you think the rivalry was just a publicity stunt and they're actually friends?

Beef and biting lyrics has been going on since the dawn of hip-hop, it's nothing special. At this point in the state of hip-hop it's most likely just to move a few more records.

Have you been living in bulgaria for the past few months? It WAS a publicity stunt to promote their albums and it worked. In 50's new (crap) album he also quotes a few of kanyes work and even has the same title to one of his songs as kanye did in one of his previous albums.
