Ambushed.

It originates in Australia where "bush" is often used to describe woodland areas. So a Bushwhacker is someone who travels through the bush, or attacks from it. Thus a guerrilla attack from the bush is an ambush.

(Whacked means tired, so you could possibly use bushwhacked as tired, depending on context.)
