Anyone have an opinion???? I wanna go with a group of friends.......especially cause theres snow right now...maybe even get a cabin out there!! =]

The Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana are wonderously beautiful. Lived in Cody, WY for many years, toured CO and MT camping in summer, skiing in winter. Best experience was a horseback Outfitter fishing trip into the "High Country" wilderness. Incredible.

That would be nice to hang out at a cabin for a few days. Of course you'd have to worry about the driving conditions. If you don't have 4X4 I'd recommend some chains, take a front wheel drive if you can.

Plenty of snow in the "mountains" (if you could call them that) in Maine and New Hampshire right now.
Colorado, Montana, Washington, Idaho, Utah and California have real mountains. As does western Canada.

I went to Snowbird in the Washah mountains, Utah . Has everything and is beautiful!
