My wife and I have enjoyed a fine sex life for years, but she still gets sore after 15 minutes or so. She is rather small, but I am not above average in size. Often, we have to stop having sex because the pain outweighs the pleasure for her. She has no particular medical condition that either of us are aware of that would cause this either.
Can anyone suggest a product/exercise/anything that might help?

I don't think lube is the problem, We've tried everything from saliva to various lubes with the same result. Also, the sore area is not deep, more like just inside.

I don't think she'll stop having sex. We've been married for many years already, and she still wants to have sex, it's just that it gets painful.

As for finishing myself off, been there, sone that. It's fine, but it's only treating the symptom, not the underlying cause.

Sounds like a lack of lubrication. Try KY jelly

As women get older they often lose their ability to
maintain adequate lubrication. The constrains of
sexual intercourse can sometimes traumatize the
poorly lubricated introitus. My recommendations
are to make sure she is adequately lubricated,
meaning more foreplay on her part. See if you
can get her or orgasm before you. Certain medications that she may be taking can cause dryness particularly the
anticholinergic medications used for irritable bowel syndrome
urinary incontinence and diarrhea. Other possible
solutions would include of course lubricants. There
are basic lubricants you can buy in your pharmacy
that would not be a tell tale sign that its for sex.
Astroglide lube is much better than KY Jelly. Lastly
if she hasn't seen a gynecologist by all means
I highly recommend it and state your concerns.
Painful intercourse is called "dyspareunia". It
could be from the pressure on the pelvic structures
as well and should be evaluated properly. I hope
this helps!

ok everyone above me has said lube....but you already said you tried that. Personally i find lube HORRIBLE. it dries far to quickly and then makes it even more uncomforable. I used to get pain aswell. Mine was more of a sharp stabbing pain. I talked to my Dr. she told me its probibly lack of arousal. Not that i'm not turned on by him, its just that my vagina is not ready for that much action so quickly. I would reccomend ALOT of fore-play. Tease her with it, till she is completely ready. Are you using condoms? if so, those might be part of the problem. Also you should try instead of finishing by hand, start by hand. Wait till you are close, then when you actully start having sex you wont last forever, and you will be done before your wife gets any pain.

Has she mentioned this to her doctor? He might could offer more help. Myabe you should do more foreplay and what not since sex hurts her after 15 minutes and sometimes 15 minutes isnt enough time. Maybe if you do more foreplay and stuff even if you only have sex for 15 minutes you will both be satisifed.

If it's just to the inside it could be a cyst or something. How long has the pain been there and has she had a ob/gyn appointment since it started? Being small wouldn't cause one spot to hurt (unless you hit her cervix which is deep inside). It causes the whole area to feel stretched and in pain and is pretty obvious.

Sounds like she may not be lubricating enough. She should see her doctor about this. In the meantime, use some extra lubrication. There are lots of good products at the drugstore.

Try not going so deep. She needs to either position herself, or hold your legs to where you can only go so far in.

Maybe you can try being quicker then 15 mins.

It sounds like you are too big for her. Try not to be so rough.

Also, try more lubication. It may start to hurt her if it isnt wet enough down there.

The only thing I can think of is more lubrication. This does happen I think to all women at times. It is usually when we dont "warm up" enough.
She could do kegels to strengthen her pc muscles. That might help. (squeeze the vaginal walls repeatedly).

Is she dry? This would be a good question to ask her Gynecologist (sp?), I'm sure it's pretty common.

I don't know your age, but is she possibly in range for the onset of menopause?
