Try to think through why you are having this thought. Probably sub-conscious reaction to one of your friends making joke about the size of your penis.
It could also be a phase that you are going Thur. You may have accidentally seen someone Else's penis and now want to show off yours too. Take it easy. be careful that you do not get caught for obscenity while doing this...

Maybe you just want to compare. That is completely normal and a lot of kids do it. You can always try putting a porn in when you are alone with him and then being like...i need to take care of this....and then pull yours out. He might pull his out also. If not then he probably never will.
