O+ blood is the most common blood type, and what's special about it is that people of any other positive blood type (A+, AB+, B+) can receive donations of O+.
It is NOT the universal donor type, though. That is O- . The positive and negative represent the presence or absence, respectively, of a specific antigen. A recipient with a negative blood type cannot receive blood with a positive sign.

Of Course! Im also O+ and I know how important my blood could be to someones life. O+ blood group can donate thier blood to any other blood type! If you are O+, the person who will recieve blood doesn't have to wait as long for an available match of blood. I volunteer for the American Red Cross and I know that our organization would love O+ donors to help save others lives!
Hope this helped!
