I sleep on my side as well. Years ago, I slept on my stomach, but it eventually became to uncomfortable for my back as I got older. I know I should sleep on my back, but I think it is the subconscious, vulnerable, prone position thing that keeps me from being comfortable that way. I have noticed that when I pass out cold, I tend to sleep that way.

i start out on my side then i will turn on to my stomach and thats how i will sleep until i want to cuddle with my husband then im back to my side.

I used to sleep on my left side because my boyfriend would sleep next to me and hold me. Now that he works third shift, I sleep on my back.

i'll start by sleeping on my right side when i go to bed, and then a switch during the night to the left, and then the right, and then my stomach.
i toss and turn a lot.
