Outlook Express blocks emails to me from my neice. Says something about being a fraud message or something like that. Does anyone know how to stop them from doing this? I want her emails. Thank you in advance.

Open Outlook Express and click "Tools". In the Tools menu, click "Options", and then click the "Security" tab.
In "Virus Protection" check "Internet Zone", and remove the check from "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened...."
Remove the check from "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail.

Other then that, I don't know why OE would block e-mail unless it is some setting on another in your anti virus software or your firewall that you need to deal with.

Outlook Blocking Email

Something in the email heading or address makes Outlook Express believe this is spam. If you have a spam blocker, you may have to turn it off until you can get a message and find out what's causing this.

i was getting 100s a day! I just kept using the block sender feature and additionally going to the bottom of the email and click that little tiny link that says unsubscribe or whatever and it takes you to a sight to unsubscribe by typing in your email or just simply clicking links. after about 2 weeks of doing that i now recieve no spam, yay!

Try adding her to your address list if you haven't already, the spamblocker should allow you to receive mail from everyone in your address book. Mine does anyway.
