i have job and i want to get my pay sent to the card

You need to take your deposit ticket for either a checking or savings account to your payroll department and tell them you wanted your pay to be direct deposited. Keep in mind that not all companies will do direct deposit.

go to your HR or payroll people. You can also get one from your bank. That way the bank can put your routing info on it and your account number
