Haha, I dont have a tendency to do so...
But every once in a while, if I'm bored or feel in the mood to do so, I do stare at people to try and make em feel uncomfortable.
Funny story... I told my friend about it once, and he tried it and stared at some old white guy. After a minute or so, the guy started yelling "Why are you staring at me?! Are you gay?! Stop staring at me homo!" and got out the subway the next stop. Hi-larious.

Sure once in awhile.
I've noticed its better to smile & say hi before you stare at strangers.
Sometimes I'll get a smile & hello even talk a little while.
Then you can enjoy the view to some extent & they don't even seem to mind.
Othertimes I'll get the nasty get lost look or they pretend they didnt see me smile say hi & just walk away. lol
Lets face reality.
Some people present themselves in such a way that it demands your attention.
Short tight shorts, exposed shoulders, belly buttons pierced & exposed & lots of cleavage.
Some other people are not blessed with perfect beautiful bodies and you might stare.
A simple hello will make their day & yours too if you're not a jerk.
If ya dont have the guts to say hi simply look away & dont stare or laugh to make them miserable.

Yes I do! I can't help it and I try to be slick about it, but I get caught a lot too and then I have to pretend like I was looking behind them or something! So embarrassing. I don't stare usually because they look weird or anything I mostly find something interesting and unusual about their features that I can't help looking at. ORRRRR, sometimes if they have a lot of cleavage out I have to stare at that (I have big boobs too and people do that to me all the time so I figure that's about normal) I can't help it! I mean it's out there so why can't I look at it?

no not really...i mean if i see a really hot guy i will make it obvious i find him attractive (well not so much anymore since i have a bf but you know what i mean) and if i see a chick wearing something nice i will not stare but i will definately give her the once over. not b/c i find her attractive or repulsive but b/c she's wearing something i would like or her style is something to note of and try it out for myself.
other than that i try not to be too rude and totatlly stare.

some times i do stare at people but i am not really looking at them i am in my own little world and then when i come back i noticed i was staring at people lol

I used too, but not so much anymore. Maybe it's because I've matured & learned to realize it isn't a very nice thing to do. I wouldn't want someone staring at me. I actually hate when people do.

Usually no. Unless I'm in deep thought and don't even realize I'm staring, until I start drooling on myself and the person I'm looking at starts laughing hysterically.

If they look interesting or beautiful, sure.
Or if they are acting like idiots (like being rude to waitstaff at restaurants or customer service people in stores or airports).
I try to do it surreptitiously, but sometimes I stare outright if I know they aren't in a position to see me clearly.

I know that pretty ppl always have the tendency to stare and "hate" on other pretty ppl.
