One of them was heard and a ruling was just announced. It stated laws requiring pharmacists to dispense any medications are unconsitutional. It hasn't made it to the Supreme Court.

The same thing happened when the U.S. finally made birth control pills available by prescription to us. Some people just don't like the idea of a woman having control over her own body.

The case will end like others; the pharmacist is required to fill the prescription exactly as written by the physician. If he/she objects, then he/she can quit.

First of all, to my knowledge it's the IL Supreme Court, not "THE" Supreme Court. And the case is still probably in the briefing stage.
