Yes. Mostly outloud and it's not me. I have this thing where I pretend I'm talking to another person, it could be a friend, family member or someone I've never met before. I've done this since I was little...7 years old...And I have literally no idea why. Quite frequently there are arguments and I have never met anyone else who does this.
My husband thinks I should get it looked at, but I know it's not real people so I see nothing wrong. Interesting question!

Ya i do talk to my self but not alot i think it is relaxing like when u have a lot of stress and cant get to sleep.
