a woman just got taken to court because two of her GOATS were seen 'mating' by a neighbor. bahaha!

There are tons of theses (in Illinois, you can't eat icecream while riding on the neck of a giraffe.). They were created many years ago in order to make it so the states had more power than the national government (e.g. more laws).
