My problem is I started to watch porn the past few days and I Orgasm a few times /day it's affecting my concentration in my work and it makes me feel horney most of the time especially in the morning .I started to get insomnia and feel iritated and stressed. I am not married .I want to stop this feeling until I can get married and find the right one . It's distracting at the moment. I can control watching porn but i think it's difficult to control my thoughts:S:S:S right now any thought or anyone who talks infront of me about it makes me feel horney:SI don't know if orgasming is dangerous and I also don't know if it would affect my health negatively along with my monthly period or not.

Girl that doesn't affect anything! It's okay for you to feel the way you do. If you want to wait until marriage, that's cool, but until then, there's nothing wrong with a little "self love". I love watching that stuff too, and I can't control my thoughts. I've pretty much given up on that. In the end, I end up hitting the gym a lot.

You are likely going through a 'hormone storm' which is creating the interest/distraction. Having an "O" 5 times per day wont harm anything.

My advice is to promise your libido an hour per night when you get home to take care of the interest. Give yourself that time to indulge in EVERYTHING. This may help put limits around the distraction.

As suggested - jogging, exercise can help burn off some of the tension, the hormones and the insomnia.

There is no way to shut this part of you off until you are married. But you might remember this feeling as being an example of how guys feel all the time. (No joke.)
