The pay hike for themselves was done without a news conference, the giant Pork bill on the table on Christmas Eve is awesome but dubbed "incomprehensible" by CNN and print media. What are those guys in Congress trying to tell us?

Same thing theyve been telling us for decades....congress exists to further the good of congressmen...and you people are too busy arguing about things like abortion, illegal immigrants, etc to do anything about it....... They got us where they want us

They are telling us that their is a void in leadership and they truly dont care right now. The Bush Admin and Dem controlled congress see a finite window of time to rob the tax payer of every last dime. It seems the catch phrase "Support the Troops" means unlimited money?

That what we want doesn't matter... they also defunded the border fence.. I suppose to pay for their pay raise.. what's more important... a secure border or a over paid Congressman?
