Andrew has pretty much given all the players who might receive even a single vote.

My first thought on looking at that list is that guys like Jim Rice should have a better chance this time around, given that only Tim Raines should get any serious consideration among the newly eligible players.

Andrew's got the list -- 11 new names on the writers ballot (although Rijo actually is a returnee, having appeared on the ballot in 2001). Raines is the only worthy candidate among them, and probably the only one who won't be relegated (get less than 5%) after one ballot. Justice might skate past as well.
