What are you doing to take care of yourself? Any home family secret recipe's on how to get better? In my family, we used home made chicken soup. How about you?

I am sick with a bad sore throat. I let my daughter stay home from school today so she can pamper me. I am working though .. blah. But so far she has made me soup, rubbed my neck and shoulders, and made me a homemade get well card.
My friends here on Y/A have also done really nice things to cheer me up as well. I love my Y/A friends!

I am not working because I have low blood pressure. I am drinking green tea and treated myself with some Christollen today. I am feeling much better... When I am sick, I feel like a little girl...

No not sick just chilly..I like to make home made soup ..have some in the freezer just in case.

my nose is running and my head and stomach hurt like crazy!!! in my family we make tomato soup and sometimes grilled cheese sandwiches when someone doesnt feel well
but right now everyone in my family is at our grandmothers just like every year and so i am left alone for the season with no one to make me soup!!!! *sniff sniff*

Kind of...winter and Holiday blahs, mostly!
I take lots of vitamins(C especially!) eat lots of chicken noodle soup. (homemade or Progresso are the best!) and I drink orange juice, 7-up, green tea, and ginger ale!

I take an awesome organic vitamin...Life Essence, I haven't really been sick in three years. In the winter I drink 'Emergen C' when feeling like the winter blahs are hitting.
healthy as a horse here, try it..you'll like it!

I broke my right hip on a BMW R-75S in 1994. I have not a pain free day since. I get over it and get on with it. TD
