i have a 4gb mp3 but when i go to download it will go to 100% but it wont finish the download?

please help me

A 4GB MP3?!?!?!? That is massive.

Check the file system on your hard drive. If it is FAT32 instead of NTFS, then there is the problem. To check, go to My Computer, right click on the drive you are saving to and click properties. It will say Type and File system.

I ask, because FAT32 cannot save a file bigger than 4 gb.
