So why did the democrat controlled Congress just pass another 70 BILLION dollar war spending budget?

Are you complaining of something the republican congress wouldn't even question? So, republicans feel ashamed of supporting the soldiers now. Wow, things change fast here.

It was their platform during the mid-term election, but democrats love military operations in Iraq. Upon success, they'll take credit for it. Upon failure, they'll blame President Bush.
