The "hump" generally comes from maturity and a rediness to breed, he needs to show a potential mate how irrisistable he is!!
Foods are not going to actually grow the hump, but will grow the fish to a healthy looking lad, so a number of frozen foods you find at your aquarium center are all good, also, you can feed him earth worms, meal worms, wax worms these are all packed with protein, and visit the grocery store for chicken hearts, kidneys and by products like that, chop them into small pieces and feed as treats, not too often as these foods make a mess of the tank, but your fish will love you for them.

The hump is something that forms over the fishes entire life. The way to get a nice big hump is to keep your fish a very long time. Yours are young babies so you can't expect much at this point. Genetics have something to do with it as well, of course.

Colour is along the same lines. You can help a bit by using carotene rich foods like krill, blood worm, and tetra 'color bits', and spirulina substitutes also have some colour enhancers, but most of this is also about genetics and breeding in the first place.

The Flowerhorn is just one hybrid type, bred into various colour varients - they are all the same 'species' (or lack thereof) though.

It's got nothing to do with food. Anybody that says different is selling fish food.
