"Can you excuse me for a minute, I will be right back. "
If you feel you have to let them know where you are going, then say:
"I have to use the restroom (or ladies room), will be right back."

Well just simply say that “excuse me, I need to go in bathroom for a minute.”

You just say "Excuse me, I'll be back in just a moment."
And then on your way out the door, put a newspaper up under your arm. That's the universal sign for having a bowel movement.

Do you mean a bowel movement...nothing , i don't need to announce it to the world. I simply go ...now if i'm in a meeting or at the table eating i simply excuse myself politely.

I just say 'excuse me' but if I know the people well enough I just say Im going to the loo. But you should not need to say anything, no one is really that interested in your bowels.

Excuse me. I have to go to Ms. Jones. Actually, you do not have to say anything; but if you must , indicate that you have an emergency and need to do number 2.
