Type what you need to type. Highlight it all and then click on the icon on the upper right side of the toolbar that has says center when you set your pointer on it. There are either 2 or three: justify left, center and justify right. The icon you need is a bunch of lines. Big then small, big then small. Stacked on top or each other and all the small ones looked centered. The justify left tab has all the small lines starting on the left instead of centered.

Hold down the mouse button and swipe the line to highlight it.
This is called "selecting" the text.
Then mouse up to the tool bar and click on the "center justify" symbol. If not sure which one that is, just move the mouse slowly across all the symbols and it will tell you what each means.
After centering the line press return to move to the next line. To return to normal (left justify) click on the left justify symbol.

Either click "Center" in the text alignment command module, and then type your text. Or you can type the text first and then high light all of it or any portion that you want centered and then click "Center".
