Yes!
I was babysitting last year during the second round of the playoffs. It was game 5 and the devils were one loss away from getting eliminated. I had a really long day and I fell asleep after the second period. When I woke up the game was over it was 3-2 Sens but I thought it was still after the second period. It was like 10 o'clock and I was like "Wow, this game is going wayy longer than FSN though it would." When they said final score 3-2, I was in denial. Seriously.
And last night cause the game was in Vancouver and I was sick.
Grinchmas- I am so sick of people calling the devils boring! Have you ever watched a devils game? Probably not! THEY DON'T PLAY THE TRAP ANYMORE. The Rangers trap more than the Devils. And even when they played the trap it wasn't all that boring, only some games when both teams trapped each other, then it's boring cause nothing gets through.

I have never fallen asleep while watching the Wings, even during that marathon of a game against Carolina in 2002.

I hate to admit it, but I fell asleep right before OT started. I don't even remember who we played. It was a Tuesday night, and Tuesdays are the only time I work day shift. I'm just dunzo come 5:00 on those days, I was fighting to make it through regulation.

How about this one. A few years back I fell asleep in the play-offs, early in OT, Pittsburgh vs. Philly. I woke up 2 or 3 hours later with the game still on, at first I thought they must be replaying the game-wrong-it was still in OT. Watched the rest of the game and was able to see Keith Primeau's winning goal at about 4 a.m.

Not when my team is on, never. The Wild and the Devils can do that sometimes but, nothing puts me to sleep like NASCAR or golf or tennis. You can sleep through those and feel like you haven't missed anything.
TBL: a goalie made out of Swiss cheese would be an improvement at this time. I think it's seriously time to call Manon back.

Oh ya for sure. Even though I hate to admit it. After working some 50 hours / week and having a 7 month at home, sometimes you just can't help it!

Hundreds of times.
When you watch 40 games a week, you're bound to fall asleep during one of them, and yes, occassionally when I check the machine when I wake up...it was a Hawk game that put me to sleep.
The joys of making a living.
