Beatle Fanatic: YES!!!! So sick of it. My snowblower broke. Oh well, I'm heading to Texas in about a week for a birthday vacation, so I'll at least get away from it for a little while.

Congrats on ending your self-imposed exile and finishing your finals. I know I don't miss the crush of exams one bit. Here are my picks.

Queenadreena - Medicine Jar - I've been on a real kick with this band for several days.
Bloodsimple - Out to Get You
She Wants Revenge - True Romance
Black Light Burns - 4 Walls
KMFDM - Looking For Strange
Hellyeah - Thank You

Congrats Dani!

Ah yes - music to do the "Molly Ringwald To" :-P
Well, that's easy. I would pick my favorite tunes, from my personal "rawk out like Molly Ringwald" collection ;-P

And the list goes:

"Anything, Anything" by Dramarama
"A Forest" The Cure (the intro to this song is perfect for this)
"Love Will Tear us Apart" by Joy Division
"Ready, Steady Go" by The Meices
"Dancing With Myself" Billy Idol
"Kids in America" Kim Wilde (Buzzkill suggested this one awhile back)

happy dancing!

Awww...congrats, Dani! That's awesome!

You know me, I have nothing ground-breaking. But if I were to do a celebration soundtrack, here's some stuff I'd include:

Sister Havana - Urge Overkill
My Fingers - Brad
Dizzy - Green Apple Quick Step
Cold Beverages - G. Love & Special Sauce
Rusty Cage - Soundgarden
Rogues - Incubus
Rebel Yell - Billy Idol
Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' - Michael Jackson (it's a happy staple of mine)

Further congratulations. I'd have a drink in your honor tonight, but I'm afraid that I over did it last night and am feeling a bit unpleasant.

... and since school is out, then there must be a playing of "School's Out" by Alice Cooper.

NP: "Tattooed Dancer" - Ozzy Osbourne

Edit: WHOA! Wordsmith! I'd heard there were other Todd Snider fans out there, but I was begining to believe it was just a myth.
