Why is everyone making their Q&A private? Should I, too?

Godless, I JUST had that happen yesterday. It was frustrating but I still want to keep an open forum. (I know who is doing it though...that helps, I guess) I want people to always be able to communicate with me.

I think some people do it to keep jerks from sifting through their old Q&A and reporting violations (people actually do this). But I think others probably do it because they don't feel they can stand behind what they write.

When you go private doll your contacts can still find you. I thought I was safe knowing who despised me. Then I learned that keeping them at bay was best all the way around. If you believe in fate the right random people will find you. Think of how you collected the contacts you already have.

I made mine private after people were reporting me for questions I asked & answered months ago.

people make them private probaly because they dont want people to know what there asking and answering so they can hide behind there comp and be mean little trolls
