With the Verizon wireless "pay as you go" plan, can i get a texting plan??

there pay as u go thing is something im looking in to but it already said a price for each text....like 2 cents, 5 cents, 10 cents...but i want to get there unlimeted texting plan for 10-15$ whatever it is...can i do this and people who have the pay as you go thing, what price is your bill each month
