I hurt my back on the job and informed my boss,it took him one month before he sent me to the therpist and after one month the theripist is now sending me to a back specilist,I do have a attorney and am still employed for said company my question is now I want this small company in South Florida to feel my pain in other words how can I stick it to them what am I entitled to.

Explain this for me. You hurt your back, but you did not do anything about it. Right?

You waited for your boss to do something for it? That's plain stupid my friend.

Serves you right. If there is one to blame it is you that did not looked after yourself.

If you didn't lose any work due to the injury, you aren't entitled to anything.

"Sticking it to the company" will only get you fired.

You are as responsible as your boss for this situation. Only thing you will get out of it is a new job if you keep this mindset.
