Haha...yes!! I had a cat that would sit on my belly...but when I wasn't pregnant she wanted nothing to do with me. And then I got a kitten after I had my daughter and she would do the same thing...I would have wet spots on my shirt all the time! It's from them being able to smell the hormones and the milk in your breasts...

I have a 12 week old puppy now and she follows me around incessantly. She's always getting into my panties and finding my bras and licking the insides of them...I have to keep them off the floor! I know exactly what you mean...it's just from the hormones. I think it reminds them of their mothers...and I've also heard that animals will freak out when you're about to go into labor. Animals are funny like that...

If I undergo in ideas properly, the quite possibility linked with cat poo is toxoplasmosis - that's tramsitted by way of an contaminated cat's poo. no longer all cats are contaminated, in fact. very few are. this is greater elementary on an older stray or outdoors cat, no longer lots in a kitten. you are able to't seize something from the scent, yet i could use gloves whilst cleansing it out. Does your kitten pass outdoors lots? i could forestall her from wandering too lots with the intention to keep away from her choosing up the ailment. Cats are of course very sparkling and he or she would be waiting to quickly study the thank you to do his business enterprise contained in the greater hygenic way good. till then, i could in all probability get a dettol floor spray, use it around the tray, and wash your hands lots.

Very strange. Both of my cats have been acting the same exact way, especially for the last 4-6 weeks or so (I'm 30 weeks). I'm curious if there is a connection? They are very smart creatures!!

LOL! That is sooo strange!! I have 2 male cats and they didn't behave like this with my first pregnancy or with my second. Silly kitty!! He really thinks you are his mommy. Try giving him a little cows milk, maybe that will help!

maybe he's smelling your milk, even though it probably won't start leaking out until you've had the baby, it's still there and your cat can probably sense it! lol
