Those are parts of the lyrics of this nice ballad. It sounded like Michael Bolton but it does not really check.

It was a 70s hit for England Dan & John Ford Cooley, called "I'd Really Like To See You Tonight". The lyric was "I'm not talking 'bout movin' in/and I don't want to change your life/But there's a warm wind blowin' the stars around/And I'd really Like To See You Tonight"

"I'm not talkin' 'bout movin in...and I don't want to change your life, but there's a warm wind blowin' the stars around, and I'd really love to see you tonight.

I won't ask for promises, so you won't have to lie..we've both played that game before, say I love you then say good bye"

These are the correct lyrics.

This is one of my favorite 70's soft rock songs. I have this album still on vinyl, yep! I do.
