Yes, but only if they adopt from beautiful people.
Seriously, though, I believe that anyone who wants to have children and can support them both financially and emotionally should be allowed to do so. If you start judging who is "fit" to have children is the start of a very slippery slope.
It is called eugenics. The idea behind eugenics is that people who have desirable traits are encouraged to reproduce whilst those with undesirable trains are discouraged, or even prevented, from breeding. Whilst on the surface, this seems to have some merit - stronger, healthier offspring, elimination of inherited diseases, etc. - it has a fundamental flaw. That flaw is simply "who decides on which characteristics are desirable or undesirable". Usually the people who make the decisions will identify their traits as being the positive ones.
The inevitable next step is the creation of the underclass who do not meet the arbitrary selection criteria. We all know how that worked out for late 1930's Europe.

Gee what an horrible question? For a few it would let me think of the horrible NAZI theories about superior race and perfect humans. First ugliness is relative? Which standards do you apply to say someone is beautiful or is ugly? Physical deformations are not necessary ugly and if they are, they are not necessary geneticaly transmitted. In another country where I had lived, I had a couple of friends both from the mongoloid type (most likely qualified as ugly for you, though for me not and the purity and beauty of their heart has no match) and they actually had a little boy not only intelligent but also truly a young Adonis. Your question is really an offense to difference. We fight for not being discriminated as Gay persons but we should ourselves accept all the differences, too if not we are not worth the tolerance we claim so hard.
Sorry, but your question really shocked me.

Who so depict who IS ugly and who ISN'T?
Determining whether someone is ugly or not it based on one's opinion. Because we all have our own "taste".
On top of that, ugly is not always what's on the outside. It most certainly can be found way deep down inside of someone, just as much as you may see on someone's face.
So what would be the difference between someone that is ugly on the outside- having a baby, and someone ugly on the inside (yet may be found attractive in the outside)- having a baby. I know I'd rather be around someone that isn't so attractive, than someone who has a rotten attitude or personality.
So. To answer your question. Yes. I believe ALL people should have the opportunity to have children.

well i heard someone say once that two ugly people can make a prettier baby than two hot looking people, but I dunno.
Best bet, get a lover that is just slightly less attractive than yourself, that way the kids may have a better chance of being pretty and also he/she wont cheat on you as much. LOL

yet, I even have seen captivating infants grow to be the offspring of under alluring human beings. I even have studied the justifications some youngsters do no longer grow to be the perfect. many times it fairly is severe facial situations of one verify over the different. sq. jaws, super noses, thick lips, extensive set eyes, super ears, those all play an element in a newborn being extremely captivating or under perfect, bodily. I say that suing a individual as a results of situations you point out, isn't a sensible reason. important highway fraud is easy to handle, for those with the time and money to accomplish that !

Well this is an absurd question, but the thing is- a lof of unattractive people have very good looking children as well as attractive people have unattractive children. You never know what genes are gonna come through.

Everybody should be vetted before they are allowed to raise make and raise children. But, no, looks would not be a criterion in my futuristic test-tube utopia.

"If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, never make a pretty woman you wife..."
I have seen some stunningly beautiful people who have the most homely parents, and vice versa.
Personally, I'm happy not to have any kids that look like me, my bid to make the world a prettier place.
In any case, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, beauty is as beauty does, etc., so probably it shouldn't be subject to public policy.
