Lightly fill in with a brow pencil until they grow in. In the future, if you do them yourself, use this as a guideline: lay a pencil along the side of your nose with the end of the pencil near the eyebrows, the end of the pencil would be where your eyebrows should begin, then slide the pencil to the diagional and this would be where the arch of the brow should be. Relax, we all have done this in the beginning!

I personally prefer using a brown eyeshadow powder instead of pencil--it has a softer look to it. You want to choose one that is one shade lighter than your brow color is naturally. Use that to make them look as good as you can till they grow in a bit--desn't take long.
And for the future:

you can try to draw them on. or go to your local beautician and she can try to clean up your mistake and make it look normal. be careful if you draw them on...they could come out looking rather ridiculous. next time, i would buy a stencil kit..they make it hard to mess up.

you could go and get your eyebrows threaded, it's better than waxing
