Do you take the time to figure out what the person might really like and surprise them? Or do you ask them outright what they want? Do you take the easy way out and just buy a gift certificate? Or do you just get them anything? Or do you recycle a gift you got but did not want to keep?

I like giving gifts that I've put a little effort into making. I call them my "heart gifts". I only give to those who I know share my feeling on this. I make photo cards at times, or mat and frame an especially nice photograph. I've put months into making memory books for my sons in the past.. I bake loads of goodies and try to make something I know that person would like. Sometimes for female friends I have made up oils for the bath and other such type of things . Last year I made a bunch of doggie biscuits for loved ones pets.. I'm grateful for whatever I receive and I appreciate whatever someone does for me. I never make a list and tell anyone what I want. I am happy with everything. I only give to a limited amount of people but what I do give I try to put my imagination and heart into.

not too keen on the trip. I even have never gotten my fashionable vegetation (from every person I even have ever dated); as quickly as in my existence could be advantageous. i'm not partial to chocolate candy or hallmark greeting enjoying cards with sappy sayings in them. As for what I gave somebody? a troublesome on. ;)
