Hey there, i'm a student about to start college next year. I'm doing Mass Communication. I was wondering which would be more a suitable notebook for me. The HP Pavilion dv2700 or a Macbook. Bear in mind i have never used MacOS before but i love to learn how to use it. Thanks!

Macbook.

I'm a student too and the macbook has been great so far. Even my lecturers are all using macbooks. And one thing about being a student, you want a laptop which is portable. I think the macbook is just the right size.

And don't forget Apple's discounts for students. They're very generous with them. :)

Basically, it's a money question. Which computer would cost you less to buy and to equip with software? Both the HP and the Mac are good machines.

I have a Mac and the OS is really easy to learn.
