I noticed that nobody said the obvious. (Here come the thumbs down) If you are a guy all you have to do is go to a modeling agency and flash a lot of cash. Then you pretty well have the pick of the models bodies you want. That being said I as a photographer think that women who are healthy and have an appropriate amount of body fat are much more beautiful and I have noticed the only ones that marry model type women are those looking for arm candy. The rest of us want someone healthy and happy.

Well Gisele Bündchen hangs out at Starbucks in the morning. Just smash her with a blunt object and throw her in your trunk, it's that easy.

Seriously though, some of these answers are pretty off base. There's a big shift in the modeling world these days towards healthy active models and while some models admit that they deprive themselves of some of life's luxuries like McDonalds and chocolates, more and more of them are simply dieting well and working their asses off to get the bodies they have. Looking that good isn't impossible, it's just really difficult if you don't have a genetic dispostion for it already.

It would take a LOT of hard work.
If you're naturally skinny, you probably don't have the Victoria's Secret breasts or butt.
You'd probably need breast implants (but I am NOT advising that at all!)
If you're a heavier build, you probably don't have the skinny waist & thighs and toned arms.

So hit the gym, and eat healthier.
(About the breasts thing, I wouldn't worry about your breasts, they'll change 4 cup sizes throughout your life.)

Skin treatments like moisturizing can give you the flawless skin appeal.

I'd imagine exercise, a moderate diet, and being young, and (especially) tall. Many of these women are 6 feet tall or more, and this explains why they can look so long and lean. A lot of women starve themselves to look like that, and they never will, because they are not tall enough.

I saw this real fat ugly girl start running and went on a diet, think it was tops. She got georgeous. She lifted weights and counted calories and kept a running tab of calories knew what she needed to keep her body in great shape.
she did pushups for her breasts and situps for her tummy.
she said, "either your on the pill or your pregnant, you count calories or your fat. That is two facts of life to remember."

Be very young, don't eat, and have every plastic surgeory known to man.

Average people do not look like that. I've been to nude beaches, nude parties, worked at a strip club (as a bartender), and my husband and I sometimes go to strip clubs... I have NEVER seen a woman with a body that looks as good as a model's body. Ever.

No, you can't be like them. And I don't think they 're really attractive. Women have to be curvy and they have to be real. Victoria secret's models are fake. Check this out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYhCn0jf46U
