Why do they seem to have this code of not allowing a customer to kiss on the mouth?

I don't know any, but used to have a couple come into a restaurant that I worked in. It is something to 'keep' for the someone special.
They don't see a problem with selling their bodies, but won't do anything they consider 'intimate' with anyone other than their bf/spouse.
I don't understand it, but that was what they told me.

Not being a prostitute or went to one not sure but my guess is.
Men do not like all that stuff and if they are paying for it just want to jump on and get it over with. their 6 minutes of pleasure. [or less]
Men are not into cuddle, they just want sex.
