Led Zeppelin. They haven't toured in forever and the reviews from the London show last month all said that they sounded amazing.
Pink Floyd won't ever reassemble their classic lineup because of ego's and other problems.
The Stones tour every couple of years so I could see them in 2010 or something.

Considering the Stones will be touring for another 20 yrs or so (if they survive) I'll catch that show at a later time.
I'll go with Zeppelin on this one
