If you're only 8 weeks...... You are fine. The baby is only about 3.5mm long... That's not even half a centimeter. Also, the baby is way low in your belly, like almost 2 inches above your pubic bone..... (Where your pubic hair starts to grow under your belly button) The baby isn't up where your stomach is yet! You've probably bruised your stomach and that may be why it's so sore!

If you're in pain you should see a doctor, I mean, if you bumped it you might have bruised and that hurts, but iam talking inside you hurt like something is swollen or broken and the pain never stops.
Your baby is so incredibly well protected inside your uterus, from conception until birth. Your body is designed to carry that baby clear through, bumps, falls and bruises and all. Think about it, animals hunt and fight and fall, people did and so the same things, your body is designed for it.

Your baby is protected in the sac. If you still feel bad about it, I would double check with your doctor. I ended up slipping down the stairs at 5 months pregnant and hit my stomach on the side of the wall. I was like you, i freaked out so i got checked out. My baby was fine, and I am sure your baby is fine. I found this article that should put your mind at ease. Best of luck to you and your baby!!! http://www.parenting.com/parenting/pregnancy/article/0,19840,646809,00.html

No worries. Baby has all the padding they need with the uterus and fluid, etc. I fell down a flight of stairs at like 15wks and everything was fine. If you do have sharp pain or any bleeding, get to the ER. But otherwise, I'd say it's not a big deal.

your baby has a ton of protection in there. odd are your baby is not as high up in your body as your thinking at this point
right now your baby is safe between your hips and behind your pubic bone
i wouldn't be worried, especially since there is no bleeding or abdominal pain, just pain in the skin which may be a little bruised

Shouldn't be a problem...since the baby is so tiny that you wouldn't be able to make much of an impact on it. Plus you would have been in a lot more pain yourself if it was hard enough to hurt the baby.

I think your fine unless it was really forceful and it has a lot o protection in tho womb. Ok and one more thing if your vagina is not bleeding then there is nothing to worry about so stay calm please and I hope you have a healthy baby of your choice.(boy or girl).

i know how easy it is to get worried, but your baby should be fine. it is very well protected in there. at this point your baby is only around an inch in length, so they are pretty hidden in there amongst all of your organs and such.
if you don't have visible bruising and aren't experiencing any bleeding, everything should be fine.

your baby is fine!!! right now your baby is very tiny so it is protected in lots of fluid!!!! you can go to the doctor to check if it will make you feel better. when i was 5 months me and my boyfriend were playing around, he was sittin on the couch and i walked behind the couch to grab him from behind but he moved and i totally forgot i was preggo and i jumped in the air and try to superman fly over the couch, but i landed on the wood backing thats inside of the couch right on my belly. i was in losts of pain and very scared so i went to the hospital. they gave me an ultra sound and my baby was giving us a thumbs up...lol, i think she was saying "im okay mom"...lol, but it turned out that she was fine....good luck to you and happy holidays
