Shakespeare! I'm sure Rowling would admit that some of her influence came from him; Austen isn't alive so we can't ask her, but all three are fabulous British writers and Shakespeare and Chaucer are perhaps the original and greatest British writers, so it would be difficult for any writer that existed after Shakespeare to not be influenced by him on some level.

jk rowling all the way! Shakespeare wasn't even the real Shakespeare... someone else wrote his plays which are also genius but i know nothing of jane austen.
